While we understand that situations come up and emergencies happen, Renew does not double-book the schedule and late cancellations and missed appointments greatly impact our business. The clinic reserves specific times for each patient affording individual care. In fairness to all patients, the following policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24-hour notice is required. Cancelled or rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the charge for the scheduled session. Missed appointments (no-show) will incur a 100% charge.
