Acupuncture treatments include a complete diagnostic intake and evaluation followed by acupuncture.  This session option is 60 minutes.  

This 1.5 hour appointment time is ideal if you have a complicated health history and are coming in for the first time, if you would like to have more time to discuss things such as a diet plan or an exercise regimen, or if you would like to have more time to include cupping or gua sha.  

This 30 minute fire cupping session is useful to treat tension and back pain, anxiety, digestive and menstrual disorders, and may be used just to relax.  We employ glass cups and use the traditional flame method.
