    Your appointment can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment start time. By clicking 'Confirm' you agree to booking this appointment and this cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule in the 24 hour window before the appointment, please call the office. You may be charged a late cancellation fee of $65.00 for acupuncture appointments; for the other therapies or a no-show for acupuncture, you may be charged the out-of-pocket price due to the time set aside for your visit. Initial Visits and Consultations require a prepayment of the no-show fee to reserve your appointment. This charge will later will be used toward your appointment balance at checkout.
